CueSportAi POS, in more detail

Built for venues where people stay a while and run up a tab. It runs on the tablets you already have, or ones we supply.

Tabs and the floor planOpen a tab by name, seat or table. Move tabs, move items between tabs, split the bill, and see the whole room at a glance.

Card and cashCard payments through a Square Reader paired to the tablet, even offline, with tips on screen, split payments, refunds, a cash drawer that opens on cash sales, and cash-up at the end of a shift. Receipts are printed, emailed or texted.

Order from the tableEach table gets a QR code. Guests see the menu with photos and today's prices, and their order goes straight onto the table's tab and to the kitchen.

Kitchen and barOrders print in the kitchen or bar, or show on a kitchen screen with timers, Done and Recall. Voided items print a void ticket.

Menu builderGroups and items with pictures, dragged into order. Options and modifiers, lunch-only groups, happy-hour prices, gift cards, and items that go out of stock on their own.

Stock and barcodesSales take stock down as they're rung up. Scan deliveries and counts with the tablet's camera or a USB scanner, see stock value and what went missing between counts.

StaffEach staff member has a PIN, clocks in and out, and only sees what their role allows. Orders can be changed until they're sent to the kitchen; after that only a manager can void them, and voiding a whole bill needs a manager's PIN and a reason. Servers can carry their own cash bank, with tip-outs worked out at cash-up.

Timed tables and roomsCharge by the hour for pool tables, darts or karaoke rooms, with the table light switching on and off with the timer. Price by the number of players, sell prepaid blocks like an hour for $20, and set an alarm on a table.

Keeps working offlineIf the internet goes down, keep ringing up orders, printing kitchen and bar tickets, and taking cash and cards. Everything syncs when it comes back.

Taxes your wayUp to four taxes, such as state, city and liquor tax, each item charged the ones that apply, all shown on the receipt and in the reports.

Several tablets, one set of tabsAdd a second register or a server's tablet and they share the same tabs, so a tab opened at the bar can be paid at the counter.
